The bankruptcy court has stopped conducting all hearings. This means, you are not to go to your previously scheduled 341 Meeting of Creditors.
YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.
The court mandates that you place your Chapter 13 Payment in escrow with your attorney. You may get this to us using any of the methods listed below. Once received, it will remain in escrow until we are able to go to court or get your attendance excused by motion.

You may make the payment in one of several ways:
- Mail – Mail in a money order or cashier’s check to our Dixie Highway office.
- Leave in drop box – Drop a money order or cashier’s check in the drop box at our Dixie Highway office.
- Debit card – Call or text us your debit card information. There is a 3.5% processing fee when paying by this method.
