Ross has an inside understanding of how the debt collection practice works because he was a debt collector for one of the world’s largest bank for more than four years.
During his work as a debt collector, he heard first-hand how debt can affect your life by causing stress, loss of sleep, and friction in relationships. He decided to go to law school so he could protect people from powerful companies.
Ross quit his job as a debt collector and started law school the very next month. Although he was a debt collector previously, now his area of practice involves turning the tables on creditors and sometimes suing them when they violate his clients’ rights. He enjoys this far more than working on the other side of things and there is nothing he likes more than calling his client and telling them he has a check for them from a creditor. Not all lawyers in the area go on the offensive against creditors, but Ross does.
